I have accessibility requirements; how do I inform the event organisers?

Please include all details of your accessibility requirements on the booking form and a member of the team will be in touch closer to the event to discuss arrangements.

Is there car parking at the event?

We encourage all attendees to use public transport to attend an open day as there are very limited parking facilities near campus. If you have blue badge parking, please let us know on the booking form and a member of the team will be in touch.

• The campus will open at 9.30 and close at 16.30. You are welcome to arrive at any point during this time frame. 
• You will be given a wristband at arrival point; please keep this safe. You are welcome to leave campus and return at any point on the same day, but please ensure you keep your wrist band on. Please note that the event will end at 16.30, after which time you will no longer have access to campus.
• When you arrive, you will be given a brochure that includes a map of the campus and key information including a timetable of talks with their locations.

When do I receive confirmation of my tickets?

Once you’ve booked your admission tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Please bring this QR code with you on the day as this will be scanned on entry.

Do I need to book tickets for my guests?

Please book a ticket for yourself and another ticket for your guest. To ensure we can welcome as many prospective students as possible, we kindly ask you not to bring more than one guest. 

Who can I speak to on the day if I need assistance or directions?

Our student ambassadors will be present at each event, and they will be dressed in the red ambassador t-shirts. They will be more than happy to help find the information you are looking for and point you in the right direction.

How much of the campus will I be able to see?

You are welcome to walk around the entire campus during the event, but please be aware some teaching spaces will be closed to the public. 

• Refreshments and lunch will be available at our King's Food outlets across campus. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink. Please note no food is allowed inside the lecture theatres. 
• Our open days take place in the heart of London. If you would like to go for lunch and/or refreshments outside of our campus, you are welcome to but please ensure you wear your wrist band (provided at arrival point) otherwise you will not be able to come back onto campus.

• If you are planning on attending any talks or tours, please arrive at least ten minutes before their schedule start time.
• There will be limited time for questions during the talks so we encourage you to visit the subject hubs and student experience fairs where you will be able to chat in more detail.
