Honor Oak Park Sports Ground

Historically the home of our Medical Sporting community, the Ground offers two floodlit artificial pitches, one primarily for hockey and the other services multiple sports. There is also one grass rugby pitch, one grass football pitch, mini-soccer pitches and dedicated training areas, netball and tennis courts as well as social and changing facilities based in our modern pavilion.

The artificial pitches provide excellent floodlit training and five-a-side football facilities open to all King’s students and staff and a first-class facility for the numerous College hockey teams, who play their BUCS and LUSL home games here. HOP is also home to King’s and Alleyn’s Hockey Club and Hillyfielders Football Club. Stillness Junior and Infant Schools and The Harris Academy use the ground on a regular basis, and we welcome other local schools, sports clubs and corporate clients who would like to hire facilities at the ground.

Please note, bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance in order for the grounds team to review. Bookings are subject to cancellation based upon ground conditions.

By train:

Honor Oak Park station is serviced by mainland rail services from London Bridge and is also connected to the TFL Overground Network.

By road:

Exit the M25 at Junction 3 and pick up the A20 (Sidcup Road). Beyond Mottingham turn left onto the South Circular (A205). Continue on the South Circular (A205). At Brockley Rise (B218) turn right. Turn right at crossroads with Honor Oak Park, then shortly turn left onto Brockley Rise. The Entrance to the sports ground is on the right hand side just past the primary school.
