Online learning and information resources

Through KEATS and our blog, we provide innovative careers education, information and resources to support you in your personal and professional development. Our careers online education covers:

  • All stages of your career journey from discovering where to start, to focusing your ideas, through to actioning your career plans.
  • Online and interactive multimedia resources to help you identify what you want from your future, learn about different careers, make decisions and support you starting work.
  • Hundreds of regularly updated resources, by careers professionals, containing key information and vital details on a wide variety of sectors.
  • Making successful applications, preparing for interviews, practicing psychometric tests and how to build your network.

    Careers in Your Ears is the careers podcast for PhD students and research staff at King’s College London, inspiring researchers to successfully navigate decisions about their futures with case.

    King's College London has paid for premium careers guidance and practice interview content. As a King's student, you will be able to log in to these top resources for free.

    Vault  produces in-depth guides on industries, reviews of top employers, and careers advice. Their webpages contain detailed information on over 840 professions, 5000 companies, and 120 industries.

    Assessment Day provides multiple practice tests and in-depth guidance about each part of psychometric tests to familiarise yourself with what to expect. King's has subscribed to Assessment Day, and students can access Assessment Day tests for free.

    GoinGlobal provides comprehensive country guides for over 40 countries with detailed information on job hunting, securing a role, visas, and living in the country. GoinGlobal also has searchable jobs, internships, and employer directories for every possible sector.

    InterviewStream is an online interview practice platform. You can conduct video interviews, watch your previous interview recordings, and evaluate your interviews, and access interview guidance.

    LinkedIn Learning is an online learning platform with video collections designed to help you develop your skills and employability. You can choose to complete a course, and earn a certificate, or watch individual videos.
