Thinking about your next steps? Is sustainability something you care about? Learn more about how to become a sustainability changemaker in any profession with a new series of sustainability careers workshops this April.
As sustainability is a growing field across many different industries, the Sustainability Team have organised three workshops to help you pursue sustainability no matter what your career aspirations might be. The sessions will provide you with the skills to embrace the future of sustainability in a positive, interactive and inspiring setting.
Workshops will be led by inspiring professionals from different fields, who will join to share their invaluable insights and help you on the sustainability careers journey. To make the workshops as relevant as possible for different disciplines, the sessions will start with a general introduction to the topic followed by theme-specific breakout groups (including healthcare, environment, and arts/entertainment).
This first workshop of the series focuses on how to be a sustainability changemaker in all careers. Although most people associate sustainability with ‘green’ and climate-related jobs, sustainability can fit into all sectors of work. The session will focus on how we can engage with sustainability-related topics in different places of work and how to address sustainability wherever you work.
