BE At King's Learn Series: Fundamentals of Project Management

This training is designed for individuals with no previous background in project management. However, it may also be considered as a review for someone with initial project management experience.

During the session, the delegates will understand the definition of a project, as well as learn how to design a simple project by asking six questions.

The session will also explore key concepts and tools applied in project management. The delegates will have an opportunity to consolidate the learning by discussing a simple, real-word scenario.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
