As a collaboration between the KCL Biotechnology and Synthetic Biology Society and King's Entrepreneurship Institute, the SynBioTech Hackathon aims to provide you with knowledge, skills, and experience to solve global problems with synthetic biology and entrepreneurship.

For this 5-day hackathon, you will be split into teams of approximately 5 members and will be presented with a project prompt tackling the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Throughout the week, you will attend a series of in-person workshops delivered by successful speakers from the Synbio and entrepreneurship community at King's and beyond; work within and outside your teams to develop and validate your projects; and be assessed on a final project presentation.

The King's Entrepreneurship Institute is an accelerator that provides workshop and opportunities for entrepreneurial minds.
