Journaling is a popular mindful practice that can help reduce stress and anxiety. In this session artist Deborah Porter will explore some methods and ideas for incorporating art into a journal practice. Through mixed media and up cycling old books, free flow writing and connecting images and words she will explore different ideas to help process thoughts & feelings and create wonderful visual stories. This session will give you the chance to enjoy a visual conversation with yourself in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
