Join us for the next session in the "International Construction Arbitration Perspectives on Best Practice" series, hosted by the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King’s College London in collaboration with Pinsent Masons.
Our panel of leading experts across the TCC, the Bar, consultancy and private practice will explore the evolution of delay analysis – from the SCL Protocol’s original approach to emerging methodological trends – considering how the “goal posts“ may shift in the coming years, and what that means for the preparation, presentation and resolution of delay claims.
We will also cut through the noise around AI: examining what it is genuinely useful for today, where it falls short under the CPR, and how Tribunals may approach evidence that has been processed or supported by AI tools.
Finally, we will look ahead to the future of delay evidence, including concurrent delay, the potential for shared AI‑driven datasets, and the shift toward a “single source of truth” through improved digital record‑keeping.
Networking drinks to follow.
