Covid-19 is stressful for everyone and much has been written about how to maintain well-being and mental health. However, the unique situation of entrepreneurs is rarely considered. The crisis threatens the viability of many enterprises, and the livelihood of the entrepreneurs leading them.

Based on the science of well-being, this webinar gives insights into how you as an entrepreneur can cope with the emotional stresses of the crisis, protect your well-being, and stay resilient. Crisis and stress often mean that we have a sense of being overwhelmed and losing control, we will discuss different strategies to re-gain control.

This webinar offers insights for entrepreneurs from those who are in the process of starting their business to owners and managers of established businesses. Indeed, entrepreneurs whose businesses have been rapidly expanding during the Covid-19 pandemic will recognize some similar challenges of being overwhelmed and can also benefit from taking part.
