You are invited to a listening and co-creation session to explore how audio and creative approaches can bridge the gap between people who have lived experiences of depression and those who don't. During the session you will get to listen to Headtrip: a 10-minute 3D audio experience of depression, created through a partnership between S.I.D.E projects, the IoPPN Health Services & Population Research Department and nine people with lived experience of depression.

You will then have the chance to work alongside the Headtrip team, through a range of co-creative exercises, to explore how audio, creativity and conversation can raise awareness, increase empathy and reduce stigma around conditions like depression.
