Gender pay gap reporting has shone a light on how women are missing out at work relative to their male peers – and it shows more needs to be done. Globally, women on average still earn less than 80% of what men earn each month.
Reporting systems plays a crucial part in getting employers to act on gender pay inequality, but many are failing to get results. What can be done to fix them?
