Working from home has become a defining feature of modern work, but fathers are often missing from the conversation. This report shows that while fathers increasingly value working from home, many feel unable to use it freely due to stigma and career risks. When fathers can work from home without penalty, it can benefit families, support gender equality, and help organisations retain staff.
