Accommodation Portal Closure

Please be aware that the accommodation portal will be closed for the UCAS embargo period from 12 noon (BST) on Thursday 6 August until the week commencing Monday 17 August 2026. We will not be able to discuss your booking during this time.

The system will reopen to the following groups based on the below schedule:

Monday 17 August

• UG students on the guaranteed waitlist (including under-18s, who will be invited to book gradually)

• Students who have accepted an Insurance offer or come through clearing (access will be available 48 hours after you’ve firmed your academic offer).

Tuesday 18 August

• UG students who are on the non-guaranteed waitlist

Wednesday 19 August

• All PGs

• All UGs

Please bear in mind that these dates may be subject to change.

The portal will reopen at any time on the above dates during the normal UK working hours (09:00-17:00), though not before.

We offer a wide range of residences for undergraduate and postgraduate students throughout central London. Our residences are comfortable and safe, with facilities and services to suit all budgets and lifestyles. In addition, all new undergraduate students on a 40-week contract and all postgraduate students are guaranteed accommodation with us if they book before the guarantee deadline.

Safety and support

Led by a Residence Manager, all of our residences operate 24/7/365 and we count on the support of Residences Welfare Leads, Community Facilitators, maintenance staff, security, and front-of-house teams.

Together they provide the day-to-day assistance and community building initiatives that will help you settle and thrive.
