Contract change

Request to swap, extend or move out early

We hope you're enjoying your time in Residences so far but we know that circumstances can change. As you know, you're bound by the contract you signed, but if you would like to swap your room or request an early termination of contract here's a guide on what to do.

Early Termination

We recognise that student life does not always go to plan, and an individual’s personal circumstances can change significantly during their stay, affecting their ability to adhere to their King’s Residences License Agreement. Early terminations are usually only granted to students withdrawing from College or interrupted their studies. If you are not sure if you should leave your course or just take a break please visit this page.

All requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Early Termination policy and after receipt of the relevant form and supporting evidence.

Early Termination Requests will not be considered without supportive evidence.
