Once you can access the portal, you’ll be able to select from a number of criteria, such as budget or room type, and view availability across the residences. You can then pick up the exact room you like. It’s totally up to you. Remember to make your booking as soon as possible while your registration is still active. Registrations without a booking after four weeks will be cancelled.
All postgraduates are offered a 51-week contract, while students on a Study Abroad programme will be offered a 40-week contract in selected properties.
Make sure to read your licence agreement (contract) carefully before signing, as it is legally binding. Once you have accepted it, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF attachment of your Licence Agreement. Please ensure that you check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email.
You can make changes to your booking later if you like, but this can only be done once and will be subject to availability.
You will now be asked to make a rent pre-payment of £450 in order to secure your room, but this pre-payment will be offset against the first instalment of rent due in October 2024.

Pre-sessional students
Pre-sessional bookings will open soon.
Please do not book a room before accepting your pre-sessional course offer. Once you have accepted this offer, you will be able to access the portal and book both your pre-sessional and postgraduate accommodation.

All pre-sessional students will be able to book either Atlas or Angel Lane. Please see the table below for details on the course types and accommodation options.
