Newly released figures show that progress on the UK's gender pay gap has stalled, with no improvement on the last time companies had to report their pay gaps, pre-Covid.

As we slowly emerge from the pandemic, what actions can we take to pick up the pace? And how can they also feed into calls for ethnicity pay gap reporting in the UK?
