Intelligence Across Borders
King's Building, Strand Campus, London

This full-day session (10:00 - 16:00) at King's College London, led by Dr Paul McGarr, Dr Maísa Edwards, and Conrado Klöckner, examines the intersections of intelligence, technology, and governance across diverse geopolitical contexts. Participants will critically explore how political, ethical, and technological factors shape decision-making in the Global North and South, with particular attention to intelligence oversight, policy frameworks, and AI governance.
Through a combination of lectures, workshops, and role-playing exercises, attendees will develop analytical and applied skills to help evaluate governance strategies, address global inequalities, and consider the ethical implications of intelligence and AI deployment.
