Join us for the third seminar in our series: International Construction Arbitration Perspectives on Best Practice.

This series brings together lawyers from international law firm Pinsent Masons and experts from King’s Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution to explore key topics in international construction arbitration.

The next seminar will take place on 10th February 2025 at 18:00 (registration from 17:30) at the Council Room, King’s College London, and will focus on best practices in the early identification of issues, including terms of reference, statements of issues, and bifurcation.

Attendees will hear from leading experts, including Živa Filipic of the ICC Court of Arbitration, Paris Secretariat, Mr. Charles Blamire-Brown, who will provide counsel's perspective, alongside a client representative and Dr. Robert Gaitskell KC, a highly experienced construction arbitrator. They will offer practical insights into overcoming common obstacles, share key considerations, and highlight crucial points that should not be overlooked. There will also be time for networking over drinks once the session concludes.

We would be delighted if you could join us.

Please note that this event takes place at King's College London's Strand campus.
