International Womens Day Strength & Wellness Workshop

King's Sport & Wellness Strand Gym, London

In celebration of International Women’s Day, King’s Sport & Wellness invites women staff to an empowering exercise class and workshop focused on strength, movement, and wellbeing.

This event combines a practical strength-based workout with an interactive workshop exploring how strength training supports women's physical health and wellbeing. The session is designed to be inclusive and accessible.

Participants will enjoy a guided strength class, followed by refreshments and an educational workshop covering strength training for women, psychological wellbeing, pre- and postnatal movement, and bone health.

The aim is to support women at King’s College London to feel more confident, informed, and motivated to be physically active in ways that feel sustainable and enjoyable.

This event is open exclusively to King's Staff and is free to attend.
