This event is a part of the Staff Wellbeing Festival 2023.

Practising mindfulness and developing the ability to be fully present in daily life can help to manage and reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and depression.

You will learn different methods to engage in the present moment and bring awareness to the body, mind and breath, as well as techniques to embed mindfulness into your day-to-day life and activities.

This workshop will focus on how giving to others can boost wellbeing and improve your relationships.

This event is free to attend and is open to all in the King's Community.
