From 7-11 September 2026, King’s College London is delighted to be hosting London 6G Week 2026, a week-long programme focused on next-generation mobile communications and future connectivity systems. Building on the success of last year's edition in Bologna, London 6G Week will provide a platform for interdisciplinary exchange on the evolution toward 6G and the future of intelligent, sustainable and secure networks. King's College London's Department of Engineering will be hosting the IEEE Conference on Standards for Communications and Networking (CSCN) 2026 and the one6G Summit 2026.

The IEEE Conference on Standards for Communications and Networking (IEEE CSCN) brings together industry and academic experts to discuss the future of mobile communications systems. The program features distinguished keynotes, panels, and technical sessions on topics such as communications standards, networking, cloud computing, and related disciplines.The Technical Sessions will consist of technical papers reviewed and selected by an international technical program committee representing both academia and industry, with a strong standardisation background.

The one6G Summit is a flagship international event organised by the one6G Association, bringing together stakeholders from academia, industry, and policy to explore emerging directions in wireless communications. The theme for 2026 is “Connected Intelligence for 6G” and will focus on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping next-generation networks as the telecommunications sector advances toward IMT-2030.

Across two days, the programme will include sessions on:

• global 6G strategy and standards alignment
• industry perspectives on AI-native network deployment
• research advances in intelligent network architectures including multi-agent systems and closed-loop network control
• the convergence of 6G with embodied AI, including robotics, autonomous systems and connected physical-world applications. 

The event will feature live demonstrations, innovation showcases, and networking opportunities across academia and industry.
