Nature is a wonderful therapist... Join our walking meditation to unlock your senses, be drawn to elements of nature and listen to your intuitions. We recommend planning a scenic route in advance so that you can fully relax, take time to rest your mind and let it be open to receive.

Mental health Awareness Week 10th - 16th May 

We're celebrating 2021's nature themed Mental Health Awareness Week with exclusive daily sessions that will connect mind, body and soul with the great outdoors. Find a quiet spot in the park to tune in, take your laptop into the garden, or just simply open some windows to connect with the elements.

Attend 2 or more of our sessions for a chance to win a £100 'The Stem' voucher. The Stem have an amazing range of indoor plants. Not only do plants look great but there’s also a lot of evidence that plants and access to nature can improve our physical and mental health, including reducing stress and lifting our mood.
