Online classes

Move Your Mind Online classes are back! The King's Community can get access to two free online classes a month or access unlimited access when getting a BeActive or gym membership. 

Make sure to have enough space (roughly 2mx2m) some water, and a good attitude to keep your mind and body healthy during this period.
