Join us for the launch of a new book, Modelling nation-state information warfare and cyber operations. The publication provides insight into nation-state cyber operations from technical and geopolitical perspectives. The panel, made up of the book's editors, will discuss their research and the need for multi-disciplinary perspectives on how nations conduct offensive cyber operations and defend themselves in cyberspace.

About the panelists

Louise Marie Hurel is Special Digital Policy Advisor at the Igarapé Institute, Brazil, and a PhD student at the London School of Economics.

Dr Brett van Niekerk is Senior Lecturer at the Durban University of Technology, South Africa, and Chair of IFIP Working Group on ICT Uses in Peace and War.

Dr Andrew Liaropoulos is Assistant Professor at the University of Piraeus, Greece.

Eduardo Izycki is a Chevening Scholar and an MA in International Peace and Security student at King’s College London.
