Join us for the next session in the "International Construction Arbitration Perspectives on Best Practice" series, hosted by the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London in collaboration with Pinsent Masons.

This panel will examine practical approaches to managing working documents, conducting site visits, and coordinating technical tests and experiments in international construction arbitrations. Panellists will reflect on how arbitral procedure can remain fair and economical, considering arbitration’s inherent flexibility and the impact of technological developments in both the construction and dispute resolution sectors.

Guided by the principle of “constructive realism”, the discussion will highlight tools and experiences that promote procedural efficiency and fairness across jurisdictions.

  • Her Honour Frances Kirkham CBE (Atkin Chambers)
  • Peter Moore (Minton, Treharne & Davies Ltd.)
