Attendees will make connections between the climate movement and their everyday lives and, climate change and inequality.

Climate change will impact different people differently. Therefore, it is likely to further exacerbate existing inequalities across generations, thus creating greater inequality and injustice. This event aims to promote inclusion in the climate movement and avoid narratives of exclusion, which are frequently promoted by dominant climate movements.

The panellists include Suzanne Dhaliwal (climate justice creative, campaigner, researcher and lecturer in environmental justice), Elias Yassin (Research student specialising in the planetary crisis, vegetal bodies and resynchronising London’s more-than-human rhythms) and Harpreet Kaur Paul (Human Rights Lawyer and PhD candidate at Warwick Law School, researching action and support for climate changed linked loss).

Join us as we discuss Climate Justice, which addresses the ethical implications of climate change, and considers the misconception that it is unrelated to wider society.
