This event will start with a presentation of the Collective for Climate Action including, what is our Cross-Government Climate Hub, partner organisations, examples of how our network has contributed to climate action, and why + how staff, academics and students passionate about climate action can get involved with us, followed by a Question and Answer (Q&A) session.

Key takeaways:

  • Learn about the widest reaching cross-government climate and sustainability community in the UK Public Sector
  • Gain insight into the career journeys of the webinar hosts (from Natural England and Environment Agency plus a King's student)
  • Understand why staff/professional services/teachers/academics should join our Slack workspace and ways to get involved with different levels of time/capacity available

This event forms part of the Sustainability Seminar Series - an open-access, interdisciplinary series that aims to engage the King’s community with some of the biggest topics in the field.
