King’s Research Involvement Drop-In

Coin Street Conference Centre, London

Join us for a friendly, informal drop-in event exploring how patients, carers, members of the public, community organisations and researchers can work together to improve health and care research.

This event is about being involved in the research process itself – helping to influence, inform and shape research, rather than taking part in a research study.

Who can attend?

This event is open to:

  • Patients, carers and members of the public
  • Community and voluntary organisations
  • Researchers and healthcare professionals

Whether you're new to getting involved in research or already have experience, you're welcome to attend.

What to expect:

  • Browse stalls from health and care research projects and community organisations.
  • Hear real examples of how patients, carers and members of the public have helped improve research.
  • Find out about different ways to get involved in research.
  • Ask questions, share your views and make new connections.
  • Researchers can also connect with patients, members of the public and community organisations to build relationships and explore future collaboration.
