This year’s theme is movement: moving more for our mental health. Get involved by finding and sharing your moments for movement this Mental Health Awareness Week.

Why not try one of our BeActive sessions? The weekly timetable has yoga, dance, tennis, badminton, pickleball, football and football, and much more. There is something for everyone, and don't worry if you're new to any of these activities; no previous experience is needed.

King's Move 

King’s Move is an app that rewards you for being active. Whether you’re walking, running, cycling or swimming you can earn points just for being active.

You can then redeem your points for rewards such as a King's Food hot drink, a King’s Sport & Wellness Gym Day pass or a King’s Move Hoody. Its completely free to join!

Exclusive Mental Health Awareness Week Walking Challenge

Being active isn't just about moving our bodies; it's about nurturing our minds too. Join us from May 13 - 19 May as we stride towards better mental wellbeing by challenging ourselves to walk 49,000 steps. That's an average of 7,000 steps a day – a powerful journey towards a healthier, happier you!

Discounted Gym Day Passes on King's Move

To mark Mental Health Awareness week King's Move users can redeem a day pass at either Strand or London Bridge Gym for only 500 points! This discounted reward is available to redeem twice between 13 - 19 May.

Les Mills+ KEATS Page

Through partnership with fitness provider Les Mills, we can offer several different classes ranging from meditation to HIIT for free for all in the King's Community. 

All are free and available at a time that suits you. Content will be updated regularly to keep your online workouts exciting and fresh.
