Sustainability film screening: Ponyo
Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN), Denmark Hill Campus, London

Director Hayao Miyazaki once said "I’ve come to the point where I just can’t make a movie without addressing the problem of humanity as part of an ecosystem."
Join us for a screening of Ponyo (2008), an animated fantasy from Studio Ghibli, the creators of Totoro and Spirited Away.
The film tells the story of a young boy and his relationship with Ponyo, a young goldfish princess who longs to become a human. The film explores environmental sustainability, the power of the ocean and need for humans to live in harmony with nature.
We will start with a short introduction from the Bee Team, one of the IoPPN's Sustainability Champions teams, and the Anime and Manga Society at King's.
All are welcome! To register, please fill in this short form.
