In a world of visual communication, how much are we aware of images that are projected onto us, that sell a story or manipulate a response?
How do images reveal or disguise truth? How do we unpack the power of what we see when the facts are often hidden?
Truther Tellers explores the power of the image and the arts in truth telling.
By focusing on the Manchester Arena attacks, the artists and scholars bring their own unique methods to unpack the contentious issue of truth-making. Truth Tellers exhibits not only artworks, but also the processes behind the creation of the works.
