Bullying and Harassment Policy
Policy setting out the expected behaviours of all members of the King’s Community (staff, students and visitors, both on campus and online) and to ensure that the range of options and support for staff and students who feel they have been bullied or harassed is clear.
King’s is committed to creating a culture that is inclusive and respectful, where students and staff feel they can thrive and feel psychologically safe. This includes providing a learning and working environment that is free from bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct and hate crime.
To support this King’s has introduced Report + Support. Report + Support provides a consistent and simple way for students, staff and visitors to formally report incidents of inappropriate behaviour, whether it is happening to them or they are seeing it happen to someone else. Reports can be made anonymously or named and there is also a wide range of support articles providing information and signposting to support services.
