Research Overview

I am interested in investigating the genetic and biological factors underlying the development of mood and anxiety disorders in order to improve treatment efficacy. I work with the NIHR BRC BioResource to collect DNA samples from participants willing to be contacted by collaborating researchers. Additionally, I am coordinating the launch of the Talking Therapies Research Resource (TTRR), a study which aims to 1) explore predictors of talk therapy treatment response and 2) act as an online research platform for IAPT service users to enrol in the BioResource.
