What sold me to the IT Grad Scheme? It does what it says on the tin. It gives me an insight into IT to help me explore what I like and don’t like, and I can put my energy into the areas I work in. The rotations element is also what makes the Scheme different from others or a permanent role. The big cohort of grads creates a network which I can tap into. The fact that many stay on at King’s and secure permanent roles reassured me that I can find a career at King’s.Gurdeep Sheri, IT Graduate Analyst
