Graduate Scheme

King’s IT needs enthusiastic graduates to support the ambitious academic and research strategies that will help King’s deliver its 2029 Vision. We have exciting opportunities for graduates interested in an IT career in the higher education sector. We welcome applications from graduates, from any academic disciplines, with a preference of King’s students with a degree in IT or Business. Watch our video to find out more!

Developing talent for King’s, we offer formal and on-the-job digital skills development, working with IT specialists having a broad, hands-on experience of IT with opportunities for rapid career progression.


Assignment areas

The two-year rotational Scheme aims to grow graduates IT and business skills and experience. We will give you the opportunity to develop in several areas of IT and build the foundation of your career. Areas involve:

  • Office of the CIO logo

    Strategic planning, business operations & assurance. Includes Architecture and Project Management Office

  • Solutions logo


    Designs, builds and integrates solutions. Includes Project Co-ordination, Digital Education & Solutions, Quality Assurance & Transition

  • Services logo


    Runs and maintains services. Includes areas in Applications and Platforms
