King's IT specialists are available 24/7/365 to help you get you IT-related queries sorted. Available online and on campus, as well as over the phone and e-mail - you choose what is more convenient for you, and they will take care of the rest.
King's Service Desk
King's Service Desk is a dedicated support centre that operates 24/7/365 to help King's students and staff with their IT-related queries. Available over the phone and online, they can help you reset your passwords, resolve network issues, add a new printer and more in real time by connecting remotely to your device. They can also assist with applications that are available through King's Software Centre, as well as Office 365.
You can visit get in person assistance with access to King’s IT services on your personal and King’s owned devices by visiting one of the TechBars. Our helpful staff can help you with many things, including: printing and account support, access to the wireless network, free Microsoft Office software, and many more.
You can find TechBars at New Hunt’s House, The Maughan Library and Franklin Wilkin’s Library.
Audio Visual Support
Get in touch with the AV team if you need technical support with Echo360 - our lecture capture system that is integrated with KEATS (a Moodle based virtual learning environment) and is available in over 200 rooms across the university.
The AV team can also assist with hiring additional equipment for your events, event recordings and video production. More information is available for current students and staff via King's intranet.
