You could join our Desktop and Audio/Visual specialists in supporting our staff and student communities at King’s College London. You’ll work across our five central London campuses whilst studying for your qualification and there are plenty more training opportunities too - you can gain Microsoft and other industry standard certifications as well as customer service and technical skills training, meaning you’ll have all the skills and tools you’ll need for a lasting career in IT!
All apprenticeship applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
Over the course of your apprenticeship, you can expect to work at some of our five London campuses, You’ll be primarily helping us run our onsite TechBars, helping our staff and students with all of their IT needs and providing advice and assistance for the software and services we provide. You’ll also be working closely with our End User Services teams providing 2nd line IT Support for our Apple and Microsoft computing estate.
Some of our current and recent IT apprentices share apprenticeship experiences, and Tom Berry, EUS Techbar/Apprentice Manager, and David Pople, Head of IT Supplier Management, explain why hiring apprentices is so important to King’s College London.
We love hearing from potential apprentices!
