Professor Fauvarque-Cosson graduated from the programme in 1988 and is a Professor of Law at Paris II Assas, The Dickson Poon School of Law’s current partner on the Anglo-French programme. More information on her career, appointments and publications can be found here.

The Conseil d’État is France’s highest administrative court, judging on cases relating to executive power, local authorities, and any agency invested with public authority. The Conseil advises the French government on legal issues.

Professor Fauvarque-Cosson is also an active member of the Association des Juristes Panthéon-King’s (AJPK) which is the student and alumni association of the Anglo-French programme. Last year the AJPK celebrated its 40^th anniversary.
