Balraj Sohal BDS (Hons), King's dentistry graduate class of 2018, has won first place in a nationwide composite competition. The Mini-Smile-Makeover Young Maestro competition, hosted by Enlighten Smiles welcomed numerous entries of anterior composite cases of an excellent standard.

All entries were judged by the renowned clinician Dipesh Parmar, who mentioned Balraj's "work is well beyond his years and his attention to detail as well as quest for perfection is shown through his cases".

Balraj said he has been very fortunate to have a great foundation and teaching provided by his tutors from King's - especially Dr Tom Bereznicki, Dr Alexis Gibson, Dr Vatsal Amin & Dr Subir Banerji.

"I would mention more but the list would keep going on!! My tutors at dental school showed me the excellent standard of dentistry one can aspire to provide and I hope I can continue to offer a high standard of care and great service to my patients".

It's great to see an alumnus representing King's!
