Professor Peter John declared himself “proud” after eight staff were successful in this year’s round of promotions.

They are:

• Dr Soohyun Lee - promoted to senior lecturer.
• Dr Adam Chalmers, Dr Anna Gwiazda, Dr Christel Koop, Dr Carmen Pavel, and Dr Santiago Sanchez-Pages – all promoted to reader.
• Johnna Montgomerie and Sam Greene - promoted to professor.

Professor John said: “These promotions reflect a huge amount of hard work in scholarship, teaching, and service. We are very proud of them and so glad that King’s has recognised these achievements.”
