Unpacking the Legacy of German and Korean Unification Policies
For its launch event, the Centre for German Transnational Relations looked at the reunification of Germany and what lessons could be learned by policy-makers in Korea.
The event took place on 8 October and featured speakers Enna Park, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; Heonik Kwon, Senior Research Fellow and Professor of Social Anthropology at Trinity College, University of Cambridge; and Kristina Spohr, Professor of International History at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
