Following the wave of outrage at sexual harassment across many industries, this panel event from the Global Institute for Women's Leadership discussed how workplaces can safeguard against such behaviour in future and create environments that better enable women to succeed.
Julia Gillard, former Prime Minister of Australia and Chair of the Global Institute for Women's Leadership, chaired the panel, which took place on 21 June and included:
- Kate Maltby, Critic and columnist
- Sarah Childs, Professor of Politics and Gender at Birkbeck, University of London
- Tony Peers, Director of HR at the National Theatre
