Biography
Abdullah Rehman is currently a PhD student in the Heat and Fire Lab in the Department of Engineering at King’s College London. He is also a member of the Leverhulme Centre for Wildfires, Environment, and Society.
Prior to his PhD, Abdullah worked as a software engineer developing surgical simulations and completed his master’s degree at Imperial College London in 2022.
Research Interests
Abdullah’s research focuses on fire spread and risk prediction models in the Wildland Urban Interface, with the aim to improve our understanding of how wildfires behave and what can be done to mitigate the risk they pose.
