Biography
Adam White is a clinical research assistant working on the Learning from lives and deaths - People with a learning disability and autistic people (LeDeR) reports, the aim of which is to improve health outcomes for people with a learning disability and/or autism, with a specific focus on reducing mortality.
Prior to this role Adam worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator in bipolar disorder at the University of British Columbia, Canada, and has worked in both clinical and educational roles in various aspects of mental health, learning disability, autism and social outreach, both in the UK, Canada and Japan. Adam completed various courses at UBC, as well as obtaining his MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience from Goldsmiths’ college, University of London, and his BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
