Biography
Alice Moore is a Lecturer in Management & Organisation in the Department of Public Services Management & Organisation at King’s Business School. Her research examines markets for government contracts and other forms of collaboration between the public, private, and third sectors. She investigates how governments can work with other types of organisations to address pressing policy challenges, such as community cohesion, labour market shifts, and the green transition, and how the involvement of these organisations changes people’s interactions with government.
Prior to starting her academic career, Alice worked in government and the public sector for several years, including at the UK Government Digital Service. She holds an MA in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of York and a PhD in Political Science from University College London.
