Alice has obtained her BSc in Neuroscience at the University of Leeds, and her MSc in Nutrition at King’s College London. In addition, she has worked as a research assistant in the Department of Nutritional Sciences investigating the effect of diet in constipation. She is involved in the development of evidence-based dietary guidelines for the management of chronic constipation.
