Anastasiia leads the operational delivery of King’s Academy’s teaching and learning development portfolio, overseeing administration, quality assurance, and accreditation across the Learning & Teaching (LTP) and King’s Professional Recognition in Teaching and Learning (previously known as HEA) programmes, supporting over 700 academics annually.

She coordinates the academic calendar, manages fellowship review panels, and works closely with assessors and senior academics to guide staff through application and development processes. Additionally, she supports the organisation and delivery of conferences, networking events, and onsite academic visits, acting as a key operational contact and ensuring smooth delivery.

Anastasiia is a recent MSc Career Coaching graduate, passionate about supporting meaningful career development through an evidence-based and humanistic approach.
