Biography
Andrea Rebora is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Defence Studies. His research interests include artificial intelligence (AI), advanced cyber operations, and AI applied to cybersecurity and cyber conflict. He holds a Master's degree in Security Policy Studies with a specialization in Cybersecurity and Technology from the George Washington University, where he studied both at the Elliott School of International Affairs and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Currently, Andrea is also a Cybersecurity Senior Associate with PwC specialized in threat intelligence and incident response, with deep knowledge of advanced persistent threats and cybercrime groups. He is an experienced researcher and analyst with English, Italian, French, and Spanish language skills. He has several certifications including GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Cloud Practitioner, and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. He is a Fellow at the Yorktown Institute, and a member of the MIT Technology Review Global Panel and the ITSS Verona’s Scientific Committee - Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security & Space.
