Biography

Andrea is a research assistant working within the Centre of Affective Disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London. She has a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and master’s degree in Psychology of Mental Health from University of Copenhagen and London Metropolitan University, respectively.

Since 2019 she has worked at KCL on several clinical studies, including R-Link, ELICE-BD and PAX-BD, where her main role is doing clinical assessments with study participants. Other work includes systematic reviews and study recruitment.

Andrea has worked both in clinical practice and research in the field of psychiatry and her main areas of expertise are bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and lithium treatment.
