Biography
Bhavna Desai is originally from India. She graduated with a BA in Sanskrit and Gujarati in 1983 and completed her B.ED in 1984 and an MA in Gujarati in 1985. She started teaching Gujarati in 1993 and has over 20 years of teaching experience in Higher Education. She joined King’s College London in 2014. She has created many useful teaching resources such as worksheets, dictionary, games and puzzles. She enjoys introducing students to the Gujarati culture and traditions and helping them develop intercultural awareness through films and documentaries.
